We collect GPS location data, driving behavior information (derived from GPS coordinates), and vehicle health data from the connected OBD-II device. We also collect account information, including login credentials (email and password) when users create accounts within our app.
We use the data collected to provide, maintain, and improve our Services; analyze driving behaviors; and ensure the functionality and reliability of the OverRIDE system. Data is not shared or sold to third parties.
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide our Services or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
Our Services are available worldwide. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country.
