These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the OverRIDE system, including the OverRIDE OBD-II device, mobile application, and related subscription services (collectively, the “Services”), provided by Securum, LLC (“Securum,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The OverRIDE system includes an OBD-II hardware device, a connected mobile application, and a data communication service that tracks vehicle operation and driver behavior. The system is designed solely to assist in reducing distracted driving.
To use the Services, users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities under their account.
The OverRIDE system requires a monthly subscription plan. Subscription fees are billed automatically and continue until cancelled by the user.
Users may return their OverRIDE device within 30 days of first registered use for a full refund. Upon return, the subscription will be cancelled, and no additional payments will be taken.
No warranties are provided for the hardware. Refunds are only available under the return policy described above.
Securum, LLC shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the device or app, including inaccuracies in GPS data, driver behavior, or system failures. The OverRIDE system is not guaranteed to prevent phone usage while driving. Users assume full responsibility for safe operation of their vehicle.
All content, logos, and materials associated with the OverRIDE system are the property of Securum, LLC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Securum, LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
